Leader: A Real-life Business Leadership Experience for Students is the most engaging and realistic way for students to not just learn the concepts behind leadership strategies, but to experience leading realistic business projects for themselves.

Interactive Gameplay

This hands-on, interactive simulation challenges students to demonstrate leadership traits and make complex business decisions based on specific information about three different scenarios. Students must review their business objectives, read a briefing report, and hear key information from all the relevant stakeholders.

Next, students are challenged to use critical thinking and decision-making skills to select the perfect Activities to implement to solve the problem. Should they expand their team or implement a second shift? Should they conduct a focus group or invest in social media marketing? The decisions are up to students in this hands-on simulation!

The embedded instruction and interactive simulation takes approximately three hours to complete, per scenario. Or assign multiple projects and multiple playthroughs for students to improve their scores.
