In this simulation, your students will learn
what it takes to buy a home of their own. They’ll actually view the
available properties to see what they like and what fits their budget.
They’ll compare financing at four financial institutions and shop for
homeowner’s insurance coverage. When they’ve made their choices, they’ll
close the deal by signing the sales contract and the mortgage. They can
print out a financial summary to turn in.
